Sophie was our very brave princess. Sophie was diagnosed with a inoperative brain tumour in December 2007. We were told that she wouldnt make it to christmas. But Sophie was a fighter and went on fighting till the 20th May 2008 where she fell asleep at Charlton Farm childrens hospice.
Sophie was a very beautiful young lady. She was a very caring person and had so many friends. Sophie enjoyed school so very much and wanted to be a teacher when she was older.
Sophie has left her family and freinds with so many happy memories and dreams to forfill.
We all miss you so very much Sophie, but you always remain in so many peoples hearts for ever more.
Thank you for being such a massive parts of our life's Sophie.

I can’t explain so deep inside
